Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.Western Blot:Approx 40kDa band observed in Mouse Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 44.7kDa according to NP_035006.3) . Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Rat Lung, Thymus and Spleen and U937 for this particular batch.
