Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 70kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi, Jurkat and K562 (calculated MW of 78.8kDa according to NP_002526.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Lin et al, J Immunol. 2009 Dec 15;183 (12) :8035-43. PMID: 19923450) . Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Breast. Recommended concentration: 5μg/mL.
