Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 65kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates (calculated MW of 50.2kDa according to NP_059523.2) . The observed aberrant MW may be explained by the acetylated form of the protein. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/mL.
