Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 38kDa band observed in Human Bone Marrow and Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 28.7kDa according to NP_036374.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Fedi et al, J Biol Chem. 1999 Jul 2;274 (27) :19465-72; PMID: 10383463) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Pig Spleen for this particular batch.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Placenta. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.
