Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 150kDa band observed in Human, Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 132kDa according to Human NP_002294.2 and 130.8kDa according to Mouse NP_666258.2 and Rat NP_036728.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration:0.1-1μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Liver and Heart. Recommended concentration: 4μg/mL.
