Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 100kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HEK293, A549, HeLa, U2OS and NIH3T3 and in preliminary testing of MCF7 and HepG2 cell lysate (calculated MW of 92.5kDa according to Human NP_003290.1 and Mouse NP_035761.1) . This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Uterus and Liver. Recommended concentration: 3-5μg/ml. Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the ER and cytoplasm of A431 and HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml. Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of A431 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.
