Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 37kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH/3T3 (calculated MW of 37.7kDa according to Human NP_003968.1 and 37.6kDa according to mouse NP_057875.1) . In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing ARA9 a band of approx. 42kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.02-0.06μg/mL.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Placenta. Recommended concentration: 5μg/mL.
