Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave no signal but low background in Human Lung and A549 extracts at up to 1μg/mL.Immunofluorescence: Cell membrane staining in cell line U87. These data corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Etheridge et al, Development. 2010 Jan;137 (1) :133-40; PMID: 20023168) .
