Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 50kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HEK293, A549, HeLa and HepG2 (calculated MW of 47.6kDa according to NP_110437.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.1μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine. Recommended concentration: 3.75μg/mL.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the endoplasmic reticulum of U2OS and HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL. Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.
