Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.Western Blot:Approx 38kDa band observed in HepG2 lysates (calculated MW of 41.4kDa according to NP_002736 and NP_620407) . Recommended concentration: 0.5-2μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of U251 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/mL.
