Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 35kDa band observed in nuclear lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 35.0kDa according to NP_036314.2. Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL.Immunocytochemsitry: Anonymous customer found nuclear staining at lumbar levels of the Mouse Spinal Cord at embryonic day 12.5. Recommended concentration 0.1-0.3μg/mL. Immunofluorescence: This antibody has been successfully used in IF for mouse brain at embryonic day 13.5.
