Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.Western Blot:Customer's experiments gave a band at approx 45kDa in lysates of transfected H1299 overexpressing IER5 but not when transfected with empty vector (calculated MW of 33.7kDa according to NP_057629.1) . Recommended concentration: 1-3μg/mL.
