Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Lymph Node, Spleen and Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 45.3kDa according to NP_002155.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat for this particular batch.
