Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 80-85kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Heart, and Rat Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 77.8kDa according to Mouse NP_035975.1 and 83.1kDa according to Rat NP_001178818.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/mL.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows strong staining in cytoplasm and brush border of some epithelial cells of proximal convoluted tubules. Recommended concentration, 5-10μg/mL.
