Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 60+50kDa bands observed in Human Bone Marrow lysates (calculated MW of 54.8kDa according to NP_003241.2 and of 46.8kDa according to NP_955366.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.5-1μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Tonsil and Breast. Recommended concentration: 3.75μg/mL.
