Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments in human brain lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1μg/mL) .Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Brain Stem shows layered neuronal staining. Recommended concentration: 4-6μg/mL.Immunofluorescence:This product has been successfully used in IF on Mouse: Rahim RS et al, Mol Cell Neurosci. 2018 Apr;88:16-32.
