Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 70kDa band observed in Rat Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 72.4kDa according to Rat NP_001102295.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Spleen. Recommended concentration: 3.75μg/mL.
