Description
Pre-made lentivirus express RFP reporter under human Myoglobin 's promoter which only expressed in muscle, predominantly in cardiac and skeletal myocytes. This lentivirus also contain the GFP selection marker under the consitutive RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
