Comes with an RNA transcript from part of the HIV-1 genome quantified at 250,000 copies/µL. Has a linear range (analytical measurement) from 2,000,000 to 20 copies in a 20 µL reaction. This kit is designed for research use only and not for use in diagnostic procedures.
