Background
The product of the GAJ gene associates with HOP2 to form a stable heterodimeric complex that binds DNA and stimulates the recombinase activity of RAD51 and DMC1. Both the MND1 and HOP2 genes are indispensable for meiotic recombination.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Mouse lung) ; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (MND1) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated at 1:400 overnight at 4°C.
