Human ortholog (s) of this gene implicated in several diseases, including autoimmune disease (multiple) ; gastrointestinal system cancer (multiple) ; glomerulonephritis (multiple) ; hematologic cancer (multiple) ; and systemic scleroderma (multiple) .
