SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-4 (Compound 12q) do not have a zwitterionic character and can penetrate into cells. SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-IN-4 (Compound 12q) can be used for COVID-19 and its causative agent SARS-CoV-2 research[1].
