Description
The FOX family of transcription factors is a large group of proteins that share a common DNA binding domain termed a winged-helix or forkhead domain. FOXP3 is essential for normal immune homeostasis. It represses transcription through a DNA binding forkhead domain, thereby regulating T cell activation.
Reactivity
Human
Immunogen
An N-terminal recombinant protein fragment was used as the immunogen for this FOXP3 antibody.
Clonality
Monoclonal
Clone
FHBP3-1
Conjugation
Unconjugated
Field of Research
Cancer Biology

Protein G affinity chromatography
Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (FFPE) : 1-2ug/ml for 30 min at RT, Prediluted IHC only format: incubate for 30 min at RT (1)
Storage Conditions
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes
For research use only.
Applications Notes
Titering of the FOXP3 antibody may be required for optimal performance.1. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.
