• Storage Conditions:

  May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes human Mitochondria at 62kD in Western Blot of subcellular fractions enriched in mitochondrial fractions. Shows a moderate titer by ELISA to the immunogen peptide, but no presenilin 1 bands are observed by Western Blot. Immuno- cytochemistry with M3985-05 revealed a mitochondria-like staining that was still present after exhaustive preabsorption with the peptide. The staining co-localizes with M3985-06.
