Involucrin

• Reactivity:

  Canine, Human, Porcine, Rat

• Storage Conditions:

  May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes human involucrin at 66-170kD, depending on cell type. Stains involucrin in a variety of sizes: 170kD in MCF-7 cells, a doublet of ~115kD and 150kD in gorilla and owl monkey, 66kD in canine, and a doublet of 105kD in porcine. Species Crossreactivity: gorilla, owl monkey, porcine, canine and rat
