  Recognizes rat CD90 (Thy-1). Species Crossreactivity: mouse. Directed against the Thy 1.1 antigenic determinant which is a monomorphic determinant within rat strains but polymorphic in the mouse (positive to AKR strain, negative to CVA and BALB/c). Present on a variety of cell types including thymocytes, neuronal cells, T-lymphocytes (mouse), stem cells and immature B cells (rat) and connective tissue.
