Specificity: Recognizes the intracytoplasmic portion of the human CD3 antigen expressed by T cells. It stains human T cells in both the cortex and medulla of the thymus and in peripheral lymphoid tissues. Species Crossreactivity: baboon, monkey, equine, canine and feline.
