Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Specificity
Recognizes human BMP-10. Species Crossreactivity: mouse. In Western Blot 0% crossreactivity with recombinant human BMP-1.1, 2, 3, 3b, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 15, and pro region of rhBMP-10. In direct ELISA 90% crossreactivity with recombinant mouse BMP-10.
