• Specificity:

  Recognizes human ErbB3. Particularly well suited for inhibiting the binding of heregulin (NDF) to ErbB3/HER-3 and for immunoprecipitating the unoccupied receptor (1). Does not effect the tumorigenic growth of cells overexpressing ErbB3.
