• Specificity: Reacts with the human and rat PDE4B protein. On Western blots, it identifies a single band at ~83kD. Bands of unknown origin may be observed at ~160 and ~260kD. Reactivities have been confirmed with NG96 human neuroblastoma lysate and rat brain homogenate.
