Occludin (AP)

• Reactivity:

  Human, Mammalian, Mouse, Rat, Canine

• Storage Conditions:

  Store product at 4 degree C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes human occludin at ~65kD. Reactivity of this antibody with the occludin protein has been confirmed by Western Blot using total cell lysates derived from MDCK cells, human T84 cells, human Caco-2 and rat fibroblasts transfected with a plasmid encoding human occludin. Species Crossreactivity: mammalian, mouse, rat and canine
