• Specificity :

  Recognizes the ~160kD nNOS protein and does not exhibit any crossreactivity with the related eNOS or iNOS proteins. Species Crossreactivity: Reacts with a ~160kD band on Western Blots of rat and mouse brain tissue lysates (20ug).
