Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight490 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. • Specificity:

  Recognizes the motif H-H-H-H-H-H and is therefore of value in detecting proteins containing histidine tags. This antibody may not detect all N-terminal (NT) histidine tagged proteins.
