  May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

• Specificity:

  Recognizes human and is broadly reactive with members of the 14-3-3 family of proteins (~29-32kD). Species Crossreactivity: bovine, C. Elegans, mouse, rat and Xenopus. Sequence Sequence Homology: delta and zeta isoforms: single aa change; tau isoform: three aa change; gamma isoform: four aa change.
