• Specificity:

  Recognizes human pan Cytokeratin. Species Crossreactivity: monkey, bovine, canine, rabbit, mouse, rat, chicken. Recognizes acidic (Type I or LMW) and basic (Type II or HMW) cytokeratins, which include CK1 (67kD), CK3 (64kD), CK4 (59kD), CK5 (58kD), CK6 (56kD), CK8 (52kD), CK10 (56.5kD), CK14 (50kD), CK15 (50kD), CK16 (48kD), and CK19 (40kD). Stains cytokeratins present in normal and abnormal human tissues and has shown high sensitivity in the recognition of epithelial cells and carcinomas.
