• Reactivity: Rat
• Storage Conditions: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Specificity: Recognizes Rat IgG F(ab')2 fragment. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG F(ab')2 and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rat IgG F(c) or Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins.
