Dehydrozingerone (Compound 10), a structural half analogue of Curcumin (HY-N0005), is a phenolic compound with antibacterial, anticancer, antioxidant, anti-Alzheimer’s and antifungal activity, which is isolated from ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizomes.
