• Description :

  LND 623 is an inotropic aminosteroid with positive inotropic properties. LND 623 inhibits Na+/K+ ATPase activity. The LD50 of LND 623 infused i.v. is around 45 mg/kg, a value ten times higher than the LD50 for Ouabain (HY-B1457) [1].
