• Description:

  Chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy is a technology fast developing in recent years. The chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) sequence is transfected via viral vectors (such as lentivirus) into the T cells separated from the patient's blood so that the engineering T cells express CARs on the cell surface. After massive expansions in vitro, the CAR-T cells will be infused into the patient for disease treatment. For CAR-T therapy, the presence of CAR on the surface of T cells and the strength of expression are important indicators in basic research and clinical treatment. CARTEST CD19 specifically binds to anti-CD19 ScFv on the surface of CAR-T cells. After incubation with fluorescently-labeled Fc antibodies, the proportion of CAR-T cells can be determined by flow cytometry. This method is based on the specific antigen-antibody reaction, effectively reducing the false positive rate of ScFv detection via Protein L and ensuring more authentic and reliable data output.
