TGX-155

• Description :

  TGX-155 is an inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K). PI3Ks and their lipid product phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate are involved in signaling events in many cellular processes. TGX-155 selectively inhibits the p110β catalytic subunit of Class I PI3K with an IC₅₀ of 30 nM in vitro.
