• Description :

  SAR-125844 is a potent, selective, reversible and ATP-competitive c-MET inhibitor, with an IC₅₀ of 4.2 nM. Displays inhibition of MET autophosphorylation in cell-based assays. Upon intravenous administration, SAR-125844 binds to c-Met, thereby disrupting c-Met-mediated signal transduction pathways.This may result in cell growth inhibition in tumors that overexpress c-Met.
