• Description:

  CEP-37440 is a potent and selective dual FAK/ALK inhibitor with IC₅₀ s of 2.3 nM (FAK) and 120 nM (ALK cellular IC₅₀ in 75% human plasma). The inhibition leads to disruption of ALK- and FAK-mediated signal transduction pathways and eventually inhibits tumor cell growth in ALK- and FAK-overexpressing tumor cells. It blocks the proliferation of inflammatory and triple-negative breast cancer cell lines but not normal breast epithelial cells.
