Description
Isomorellinol is a xanthone with an anticancer potency. Isomorellinol induces apoptosis in cholangiocarcinoma cells. Isomorellinol increases the Bax/Bcl-2 protein expression ratio and decreases survivin protein expression in cholangiocarcinoma cells[1].
