Capmatinib hydrochloride potently inhibits c-MET-dependent tumor cell proliferation and migration and effectively induces apoptosis. Antitumor activity. Capmatinib hydrochloride is largely metabolized by CYP3A4 and aldehyde oxidase[1][2][3].
