Description
Antrafenine (Stakane) is a non-narcotic analgesic. Antrafenine demonstrates central analgesic effects in acetic acid writhing test and mouse hot plate test experiments. Antrafenine significantly alleviates the pain of osteoarthritis. Antrafenine exhibits mild anti-inflammatory activity in a rat toe edema model. Antrafenine can be used in pain and anti-inflammatory research[1][2].
