Description
ASP8497 is a competitive dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV) inhibitor that reduces blood glucose levels and increases plasma active GLP-1 and insulin levels without causing hypoglycemia in fasted normal mice. ASP8497 can be utilized for antihyperglycemic research[1].
