Description
The dNTP Mix (10 mM each) provides a balanced, high-purity solution of the four deoxynucleoside triphosphates—dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP—each at 10 mM in ultrapure water at pH 7.0. This ready-to-use formulation ensures accuracy, consistency, and convenience for PCR, qPCR, cDNA synthesis, sequencing, and other DNA-polymerase-dependent reactions. Each batch is rigorously quality-tested for purity (> 99%) and free of RNase, DNase, and nucleic acid contaminants. The mix eliminates the need to pipette individual dNTPs, reducing error and preparation time. Suitable for use with all common DNA polymerases, reverse transcriptases, and amplification enzymes.
