Purification
Purified by substrate chromatography. The enzyme is composed of two major bands at 74kDa and 59kDa.
Stability
As indicated on product label or CoA when stored as recommended. For further dilution use the following enzyme dilution buffer: 50mM KPO4, pH 7.5, 50mM KCl, 10 mM β-mercaptoethanol, 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT, 0.1% Triton.
