Produced in Drosophila Schneider 2 (S2) cells. Recombinant human matriptase-2 (aa 78-811) is fused at the C-terminus to a V5-His-tag. Produced by plasmid transfection expression.
Purification
Purified by multi-step chromatography.
Stability
Stable for at least 6 months when stored at -20°C. Recommended Assay Buffer: 100mM TRIS, pH 9.0, containing 0.5mg/ml BSA. Do not store diluted solutions.
