It potently inhibits ABL with an IC50 of 0.37 nM, also inhibits SRC , VEGFR2, FGFR1, PDGFRα, LYN with an IC50s of 5.4 nM, 1.5 nM, 2.2 nM, 1.1 nM, 0.24 nM respectively and exhibits significant potential in cancer reserach.
